- Monitor, maintain and implement SMB, large Enterprise and Data Center networks’ scales.
- Function as technical support, engineering and operational subject matter expert.
- Proactively solve problems identified through monitoring systems and processes.
- Participate in on-call schedule with other members of the team to provide second-tier
support while solving issues.
- Develop knowledge of various networking vendor capabilities and limitations.
- Meet incident policies and procedures in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation and materials on new and existing network designs.
- Follow standards and best practices involving network management related issues.
